I present this speech again that was given by Billy Graham after 9/11 to a hurting and angry nation. It seems a proper time to read these powerful words today, August of 2014…

See God's Hand

Over and over again I am reminded of the power of words. After the horrific events of Sept 11, 2001, we as a Nation were numb. But I will never forget how powerful the words were that were spoken to  our Nation by Billy Graham on Sept. 14, 2001:
“We come together today to affirm our conviction that God cares for us, whatever our ethnic, religious or political background may be. The Bible says that He is “the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles.”

No matter how hard we try, words cannot express the horror, the shock and the revulsion we all feel over what took place in this nation on Tues morning…
