“The LORD is my strength and my song…”

“The LORD is my strength and my song, and he is become my salvation…” Exodus 15:2.

This is a sword. This is a shield. The weapons I need at this present moment. This is health, this is vitality…thinking of truth and writing it down –

and singing it now…

from the depth of my heart-this is power to make a new start!

“The LORD is my strength and my song, and he is become my salvation…”

Not just words on a page. Not just opening the book.

This is victory to  overcome ANYTHING… that comes to destroy what God has done!

Fear has no foundation…never, no never! but it comes like a flood, and feels so near.

BUT GOD is able to deliver us here –  right now in His power, in His might – in His name – He …dispels the night.

“Remember Me…”

“Remember Me… Do this in remembrance of Me.” Sing to Me and make melody.

I make my habitation in your song. I abide in your praises. Remember, ‘the horse and his rider has been thrown into the sea.’ (1). Remember Me.

I Am on the throne forever. (2). I AM able to deliver.

Don’t look to ‘me,myself and I’ – this is a pitiful combination – instead ‘tune your heart to sing of My grace’

spend time in worship and look upon My face…

Turn your eyes on the Rock of all ages. ‘and the things of earth will grow stangely dim, in light of His glory and grace!'(3).

Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look full in His wonderful face
And the things of Earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace
Oh soul are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness to see
There’s a light for a look at the Savior
And life more abuntant and free
His words shall not fail you, He promised
Believe Him and all will be well
Then go to a world that is dying
His perfect salvation to tell
Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look full in His wonderful face
And the things of Earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace. (3).
“The LORD is my strength and my song… for now and forever…for this day, long.

1.Exodus 15:21.

2.Exodus 15:18.

3. Turn Your eyes Upon Jesus, the hymn.
